Robert Janes is a proud father of two young daughters and happily married for the past 4 years. He still remembers when he met his wife and she first saw his apartment all those years ago. It was a small apartment with photography gear, frames, mat board, lights, and the kitchen had been converted into a darkroom.
Many years have passed, but not much has changed. The passion of photography has been with Robert since he was a young boy. Before shooting weddings and portraits, he started wandering the streets looking for a muse and he found it in the night and the stark quietness. When asked to shoot weddings, Robert often turned individuals down. Then several years ago, a persistent bride and mother convinced Robert to give it a try and see how he liked it. Robert has enjoyed weddings ever since. They are fun, exciting times that he loves to capture and likes to have fun right along with everyone else. His calm, confident demeanor lends itself to the brides and grooms that he has photographed.
